<p>We are looking for an accomplished Director/Manager of Media & Vendor Relations to join a growing franchise-based organization in Irvine, California in a Contract position. This role offers the chance to shape both broad and market-specific advertising efforts while guiding a small marketing team and collaborating with external agency partners. The ideal candidate brings strong paid media expertise, sound operational judgment, and the ability to translate performance insights into practical recommendations for a multi-location business.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Direct integrated paid media initiatives across search, social, and other digital channels for national campaigns as well as localized market programs.</p><p>• Supervise, coach, and support a team of four marketing professionals to strengthen execution, accountability, and development.</p><p>• Work closely with agency partners to review results, refine campaign direction, and improve overall marketing effectiveness.</p><p>• Interpret campaign data and reporting trends to identify opportunities and advise stakeholders on optimization strategies.</p><p>• Strengthen marketing operations by assessing external vendor performance and recommending improvements where needed.</p><p>• Contribute to the development of measurement frameworks and attribution approaches that support smarter decision-making.</p><p>• Evaluate prospective agency or vendor relationships and help identify scalable solutions for the broader marketing function.</p><p>• Partner with franchise and cross-functional stakeholders to align advertising activity with business goals across multiple locations.</p>
