  • <p>Job Title: Site ERP Implementation Coordinator</p><p>Reports To: Site Manager (with dotted line to Global Business Units (GBU) ERP Project Manager)</p><p>Location and details: On-site </p><p><br></p><p>Position Summary:</p><p>The Site ERP Implementation Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the successful rollout of the ERP system at the site level. As a local liaison between the global ERP project team and site operations, this individual will help ensure business continuity, coordinate change management efforts throughout the implementation, facilitate data collection and validation, identify and support future training activities.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>• Main Point of Contact: Act as the local liaison between central programme teams and site stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.</p><p>• Responsible for the Highlander project plan for site</p><p>• Identify business impacts and define action plans in collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs), the BU ERP Project Manager and report progress to the Transformation Programme Management Office (PMO).</p><p>• Monitor site readiness and escalate issues or risks to the project teams and PMO through governance structure, as needed.</p><p>• Define local training plan through training needs analysis and proactively develop, in conjunction with relevant stakeholders, to ensure timely knowledge and skill transfer.</p><p>• Identification of other training initiatives, (For example, change management, project management, standard costing, MRPII) at the appropriate time and organize delivery.</p><p>• Coordinate local testing effort including identification of scenarios. </p><p>• Participate in go-live preparation and hypercare support to ensure a smooth transition and minimal disruption to operations and monitor adoption.</p><p>• Working with Site Data Lead, highlight any issues or risks with regards to Data to project teams and PMO</p><p>• Assisting with project documentation to support GBU ERP Project Managers.</p><p>• Co-ordinate local stakeholder communications and engagements, monitoring efficacy and buy-in.</p><p>• Highlighting resourcing issues and ensuring the project team has the necessary tools and personnel from the business at the right time.</p><p><br></p><p>Core Competencies:</p><p>• Shows resilience and consistent commitment to delivering the ERP programme.</p><p>• Leads and motivates the site team with clear, consistent messaging.</p><p>• Is able to communicate the purpose of changes effectively (“the why”) to help others understand and engage.</p><p>• Builds positive working relationships and handles conflict professionally when it arises.</p><p>• Supports and reinforces the ERP messaging from the central team.</p><p>• Champions changes locally, even when they are unpopular, and helps others to adapt.</p><p><br></p><p>Time Commitment:</p><p>This is a temporary assignment for the duration of the ERP implementation, expected to last 6 months.
