<p>We have partnered with a global manufacturer on their search for a CFO with strong GAAP knowledge. This CFO will oversee the financial activities and strategy of the organization with specific duties and responsibilities such as: developing and implementing financial strategies, plans, and policies, prepare financial statements, monitor internal controls, coordinate the annual audit process, review grant budgets, assist with risk management, monitor cash flow, and participate in key decisions pertaining to strategic initiatives, operating model and operational execution within the company. As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) you will develop tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information to make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations.</p><p> </p><p>How you will make an impact</p><p>· Assist in establishing yearly objectives and meeting agendas</p><p>· Oversee long-term budgetary planning/cost management</p><p>· Serve as member of executive leadership team</p><p>· Manage the audit preparation process</p><p>· Maintain and prepare monthly financial reporting</p><p>· Participate in communication with lenders/banks</p><p>· Handle property and liability insurances </p><p>· Monitor cash flow and advise management on findings</p><p>· Establish training/coaching for finance department</p><p>· Assist in development of financial planning</p>
<p>This CFO role serves as the senior financial leader responsible for driving the company’s overall financial strategy, treasury operations, banking relationships, working capital management, and commodity risk management, with a particular focus on gold and silver hedging. The position partners closely with the CEO and executive team to improve profitability, cash flow, and long-term growth while overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, financing arrangements, and lender relationships. The CFO also works closely with the Controller and Accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls, while collaborating with Operations, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Sales to optimize margins, manage precious-metal price exposure, identify cost-saving opportunities, improve processes, and strengthen the company’s financial performance and risk management. </p><p><br></p><p><strong> </strong>Benefits: M/D/V, PTO, 401k</p>
