Billing & Dispute Resolution Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to resolve customer issues that delay payment (e.g., pricing errors, missing POs, delivery issues). Research discrepancies, create adjustment requests, and ensure proper approval workflows. Reporting & Analysis Prepare weekly AR aging reports, cash collection forecasts, and KPI metrics (DSO, delinquency rates, at-risk accounts). Identify trends or systemic issues contributing to delinquencies and recommend process improvements. Support month-end closing activities related to AR, including reconciliations and audit documentation. Process Improvement Contribute to the enhancement of AR workflows, including automation, standardization of outreach, and documentation updates.
