The ideal candidate brings sound judgment, clear communication, and the ability to guide testing activities while maintaining high standards for accuracy, compliance, and team collaboration.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Lead quality assurance activities for ServiceNow integration efforts and data center migration workstreams, serving as a central testing contact for both initiatives.<br>• Execute manual testing across smoke, functional, regression, and boundary scenarios, while identifying, tracking, and helping resolve defects throughout the test cycle.<br>• Partner with project leadership and business stakeholders to support test planning, communicate quality risks, and help drive informed QA decisions.<br>• Provide ongoing QA support for ServiceNow-related priorities while dedicating substantial focus to migration-based testing deliverables.<br>• Set up and support testing environments for user acceptance activities, including guidance for participants on platform usage and testing processes.<br>• Prepare and maintain test evidence, audit-ready records, and supporting artifacts required for compliance and project documentation.<br>• Create and update test scripts when needed, ensuring coverage aligns with business workflows and stakeholder expectations.<br>• Validate ServiceNow ticketing processes, workflow behavior, and related system functionality to confirm reliable performance in production scenarios.<br>• Participate in onsite training and collaboration in Lancaster, Pennsylvania during the initial onboarding period, with additional in-person support as needed.
