The role combines executive support, broader departmental coordination, and project assistance in a service-oriented environment within a cultural institution.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide day-to-day support to an executive leader, including managing a busy calendar, coordinating meetings, and helping align daily priorities.<br>• Assist the broader division with administrative needs such as arranging schedules for additional team members and maintaining smooth office coordination.<br>• Monitor and track internal requests, support basic financial administrative tasks, and help manage system user access as needed.<br>• Facilitate operational tasks related to cash handling support, including coordinating change requests and cash drop activities.<br>• Partner with another department on shared project coordination activities, helping keep timelines, meeting plans, and room arrangements organized.<br>• Use project tracking tools such as Asana to follow assignments, update progress, and support cross-functional scheduling efforts.<br>• Prepare meeting logistics by securing spaces, coordinating attendees, and ensuring materials and timing are in place.<br>• Serve as a dependable internal point of contact by delivering responsive, consistent service across the organization while maintaining confidentiality.
