The Sr. Finance Manager will be responsible for budgeting, financial planning, cash flow management, and providing financial insights to support business decisions. In this role, you will also perform ROI analysis, create and maintain complex financial models, provide leadership where needed, develop KPIs, monitor financial performance, develop and implement cost-reduction strategies and financial control, and provide management with strategic plans for long-term financial benefits for the organization. <p>Established services provider is looking to hire an Accounting Manager who can build and maintain a strong financial team! This role involves maintaining internal controls, supporting strategic financial initiatives, preparing monthly account reconciliations, coordinating financial tax audits, monitor and analyze account data, overseeing the month end close process, entering general ledger activities, and staying updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations to ensure ongoing financial health and growth.
