- We are looking for an experienced IT Manager/Director to lead technology operations for a manufacturing environment in Duluth, Georgia. This role will guide site-level IT strategy, maintain secure and dependable systems, and partner with business leaders to ensure technology supports production, continuity, and long-term growth. The position also plays a key role in aligning local services with enterprise standards while leading teams, vendors, and critical infrastructure initiatives.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Direct daily IT operations for the site, ensuring stable, secure, and responsive technology support across a 24/7 manufacturing setting.<br>• Oversee core infrastructure, including servers, networks, wireless connectivity, telecommunications, virtualization platforms, and end-user computing services.<br>• Enforce cybersecurity policies by coordinating patch management, access governance, risk reduction activities, system monitoring, and security best practices across IT environments.<br>• Create, maintain, and regularly validate disaster recovery and business continuity plans to protect essential systems and reduce operational downtime.<br>• Lead site technology alignment efforts by supporting platform consolidation, process standardization, and adoption of enterprise tools and services.<br>• Manage IT spending, vendor performance, service agreements, and hardware refresh planning to ensure cost-effective and reliable service delivery.<br>• Provide leadership and development for IT staff and external support resources, fostering accountability, skill growth, and continuous improvement.<br>• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and corporate technology teams to prioritize initiatives that improve business performance and manufacturing effectiveness.<br>• Drive infrastructure, security, and technology change projects from planning through execution, with clear communication and effective stakeholder coordination.
