It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys fast‑moving employment litigation, values teamwork, and is comfortable supporting multiple priorities in a hybrid environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Draft, revise, and format employment litigation pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence</li><li>Maintain attorney calendars, including deadlines, hearings, depositions, and court dates</li><li>Prepare discovery shells, organize document productions, track responses, and maintain discovery logs</li><li>Handle state and federal court e‑filings (California courts and PACER/ECF)</li><li>Maintain organized, up‑to‑date case files and assist with trial preparation as needed</li><li>Coordinate communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel</li><li>Provide general administrative and litigation support to a busy employment group</li></ul>
