Our client is seeking a <strong>Director of Finance & Corporate Compliance</strong> to oversee finance operations, payroll, tax compliance, risk management, corporate governance, insurance administration, contracts, banking relationships, and strategic business initiatives.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Lead payroll operations for 350+ employees, including payroll tax compliance and ACA reporting</li><li>Oversee tax reporting, audits, financial compliance, and corporate filings</li><li>Manage insurance programs, risk management, and business continuity efforts</li><li>Administer contracts, legal documentation, leases, and vendor agreements</li><li>Oversee banking relationships, debt management, and financing agreements</li><li>Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, financial planning, growth initiatives, and special projects</li><li>Develop and strengthen internal controls, policies, and compliance programs</li></ul><p>This role is 100% in office and reports to the Owner of the company.
