<p>We are looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join a growing organization in Lowell, Massachusetts. This position will oversee direct and indirect tax activities across domestic and international operations while helping strengthen reporting accuracy, compliance processes, and strategic tax planning. The role is well suited for a tax specialist who brings strong technical knowledge, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively with finance partners and external advisors.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Direct the preparation and review of quarterly and annual income tax provision activities, including supporting schedules, account reconciliations, financial statement disclosures, and technical tax documentation.</p><p>• Coordinate federal, state, and international tax filings with outside advisors to help ensure timely, accurate compliance across all required jurisdictions.</p><p>• Maintain and enhance tax controls, supporting documentation, and reconciliation procedures while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reporting quality.</p><p>• Evaluate proposed tax strategies and analyze legislative or regulatory changes to determine their potential effect on the organization.</p><p>• Prepare and monitor global cash tax forecasts in collaboration with treasury and finance teams across international locations.</p><p>• Manage complex international tax computations such as Subpart F, foreign tax credits, and other cross-border tax considerations affecting the business.</p><p>• Review transfer pricing matters, indirect tax obligations, and broader international compliance requirements to support ongoing operational needs.</p><p>• Assist with responses to U.S. and non-U.S. tax audits, inquiries, and examinations by gathering documentation and coordinating with key stakeholders.</p><p>• Recommend and implement technology-enabled improvements that streamline tax reporting, compliance execution, and overall process effectiveness</p>
