This Long-term Contract position will focus on administering BlackLine, resolving user issues, and partnering with finance, operations, and IT teams to improve system performance and process efficiency. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in reconciliation platforms, sound knowledge of accounting operations, and the ability to translate business needs into practical system solutions.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Serve as the primary administrator and internal expert for BlackLine, handling support requests and maintaining dependable service for users across multiple regions.</p><p>• Configure and manage key BlackLine modules such as Account Reconciliation, Transaction Matching, Journal Entry, and Task Management, including setup changes, rule creation, and system communications.</p><p>• Provide day-to-day assistance to end users, troubleshoot application issues, and coordinate with IT teams on upgrades, integrations, maintenance activities, and enhancement efforts.</p><p>• Deliver training and guidance to global users to strengthen adoption, improve system usage, and promote consistent execution of financial processes.</p><p>• Monitor reconciliation activity, close management data, and variance analysis outputs to identify delays, risks, and areas requiring corrective action.</p><p>• Partner with business stakeholders to support process updates related to organizational changes, evaluate requests, and implement system adjustments that align with operational needs.</p><p>• Test new and existing BlackLine functionality to confirm system performance, validate enhancements, and reduce disruption during releases or updates.</p><p>• Work with internal and external partners to identify process inefficiencies, define measurable improvement opportunities, and implement technology-enabled solutions.</p><p>• Advise business leaders on system capabilities, recommend practical improvements, and support decisions that strengthen compliance and process effectiveness.</p>
