This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone early in their IT career who enjoys solving user issues, learning through hands-on experience, and delivering dependable support in a detail-oriented environment. You will work closely with internal staff to address common technology concerns, prepare equipment for new hires, and contribute to ongoing IT projects under the guidance of the IT Manager.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Respond to employee support requests and manage a steady flow of service desk tickets with timely follow-up and resolution.<br>• Diagnose and resolve routine hardware, software, and Windows-related issues, escalating more complex problems when needed.<br>• Set up laptops, desktops, peripherals, and user workstations to ensure employees have the tools required for daily work.<br>• Support onboarding and offboarding activities by preparing equipment, configuring access, and collecting assigned devices.<br>• Maintain accurate ticket updates and documentation so issues, actions taken, and next steps are clearly recorded.<br>• Provide user-friendly assistance to employees with different levels of technical knowledge, using patience and clear communication.<br>• Partner with the IT Manager on assigned technology initiatives and assist with operational tasks that improve support services.
