It is now required that partners across the institution utilize SFMC for their activities. However, demand for email marketing support is growing faster than available resources.</p><p>To address this, we need a focused plan and narrative to manage expectations, sustain a strategic implementation roadmap, and educate the community on appropriate tools for different audiences and activities. This role will help document the current state, define a short- and long-term roadmap, and create clear guidance for stakeholders.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong></strong></p><p><strong><u>These are the two projects that need to get done: </u></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Email Landscape Audit & Strategy</strong></p><ul><li>Audit and map the email landscape at Ohio State, including activities, audiences, and distribution tools</li><li>Develop recommendations aligning email activities with the most appropriate distribution tools</li><li>Create an executive summary and detailed narrative outlining findings and optimization strategies</li></ul><p><strong>SFMC Narrative & Roadmap</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with the core SFMC team to articulate objectives, benefits, and roadmap for SFMC adoption</li><li>Assess current and future resource needs; propose a resourcing model</li><li>Develop documentation and communication materials for leadership, partners, and other stakeholders</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>
We are looking for an experienced Revenue Manager to oversee and optimize the revenue cycle operations within the healthcare sector. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage a team effectively, while ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of billing, claims processing, and payment posting. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare revenue cycles and accounts receivable processes.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Supervise and guide the team in managing the revenue cycle, ensuring all processes are efficient and accurate.<br>• Oversee the resolution of denied claims and ensure timely rework to maximize revenue.<br>• Ensure accurate and timely billing operations, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.<br>• Manage the processing of claims and payment posting to maintain financial accuracy.<br>• Utilize healthcare systems such as NexGen and Etactics to streamline operations and enhance productivity.<br>• Develop and implement strategies to improve accounts receivable performance.<br>• Monitor key performance indicators related to revenue cycles and identify areas for improvement.<br>• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of revenue cycle operations.<br>• Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in revenue management.<br>• Prepare and present reports on revenue cycle performance to senior leadership.
<ul><li>Evaluate, develop and implement low-code tools to automate workflows. </li><li>Troubleshoot issues, analyze performance and roll out improvements. </li><li>Gather stakeholder needs and turn them into clear application requirements. </li><li>Manage the tech-stack roadmap from kickoff to decommission, write user guides, train users and integrate third-party platforms. </li><li>Embed software standards and compliance, partnering with Legal, Compliance and Technology to meet firm controls and drive adoption across the department. </li><li>Track progress, flags risks and gives stakeholders clear updates. </li><li>Research new tools to keep the tech stack ahead of the curve and adapts methods from agile to waterfall to foster collaboration and continuous improvement. </li><li>Will be expected to be comfortable with AI considerations.</li></ul>
