- <p>We are looking for a Business Systems Consultant to support and enhance the client’s Human Capital Management (HCM) technology environment, with a primary focus on SAP SuccessFactors. This role will serve as a key functional expert responsible for system administration, platform support, troubleshooting, process optimization, reporting, and business partnership across the HR technology ecosystem.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>· Administer and support SAP SuccessFactors, including LMS, Performance Management, Goals, Calibration, Multi-Rater Feedback, Reporting, Security, and Platform Administration.</p><p>· Provide Tier 2 support, troubleshoot complex issues, manage support tickets, and coordinate with SAP and third-party vendors.</p><p>· Configure, test, document, and implement system enhancements, updates, and releases.</p><p>· Partner with HR and business stakeholders to analyze requirements, optimize processes, and deliver system solutions.</p><p>· Support HR system integrations, interface feeds, and ongoing HR technology initiatives.</p><p>· Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.</p><p>· Participate in SuccessFactors release management, impact analysis, testing, and deployment activities.</p><p>· Maintain system documentation and proactively identify opportunities for process and system improvements.</p>
