This role is well suited for an experienced, detail-oriented individual who can oversee contract administration, support procurement strategy, and strengthen supplier performance in a dynamic operating environment. The position works closely with internal teams to keep commercial agreements organized, compliant, and aligned with business priorities while helping improve purchasing processes over time.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Oversee the administration of commercial agreements from initial setup through execution, updates, renewals, and final closeout activities.</p><p>• Maintain complete and accurate contract files, tracking tools, and supporting documentation to ensure strong audit readiness and policy compliance.</p><p>• Monitor key agreement dates, deliverables, pricing changes, and extension timelines so that contract obligations are managed proactively.</p><p>• Coordinate competitive sourcing activities by supporting bid requests, supplier responses, evaluations, and recommendation development.</p><p>• Work with internal stakeholders to identify purchasing needs, prepare sourcing plans, and align contract support with operational objectives.</p><p>• Contribute to supplier negotiations, onboarding efforts, and implementation of awarded agreements to support smooth service delivery.</p><p>• Track supplier performance through scorecards, service indicators, and review meetings, and help drive corrective actions when needed.</p><p>• Prepare reporting on spend activity, supplier results, contract status, budgeting inputs, accruals, and other commercial metrics for leadership review.</p><p>• Assist with process improvement initiatives, user training, documentation updates, and adoption of contract management or procurement tools.</p>
