If you have a few years of finance experience and want a seat at the table with operations leadership, this is a strong next step.</p><p>This is not a back-office reporting role. Apply Today!</p><p> </p><p>While each project is a bit different, the key responsibilities for this role include:</p><p>- Conduct month end close, journal entries, without supervision</p><p>- Keep up fixed asset ledger, depreciation, and reconciliation</p><p>- Take part in various department-wide initiatives</p><p>- Report on a wide variety of financial data and communicate it in a useful and understandable manner</p><p>- Take part the in implementation and adherence to internal controls and accounting procedures, ensuring compliance with GAAP</p><p>- Produce complex journal entries and account reconciliations including but not limited to cash, prepaid expenses and payroll</p><p>- Manage the design and creation of balance sheet analysis and communicate reports to management</p><p>- Play a role in the month end, quarter end and year end closing process including monthly financial close workbook preparation</p><p>- Maintain monthly payment schedules</p><p>- Ad-hoc reporting and special projects, as needed</p>
