The role supports a range of client engagements, requiring someone who can adapt quickly, communicate effectively, and strengthen security operations across diverse platforms.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee and support security operations across client environments, including networks, servers, cloud platforms, and endpoint systems.<br>• Configure, manage, and optimize firewall and access control technologies to protect business-critical systems.<br>• Perform security reviews to identify risks, document findings, and help develop practical remediation plans.<br>• Contribute to disaster recovery readiness by validating backup processes and supporting recovery testing activities.<br>• Assist with vulnerability identification, system hardening efforts, and ongoing improvements to security posture.<br>• Take part in onboarding new clients by evaluating existing environments and recommending security-focused enhancements, including occasional onsite assessments.<br>• Support regulatory and compliance-related initiatives by helping implement controls, preparing documentation, and assisting with audit readiness.<br>• Partner with engineering and technical teams to improve security processes, maintain protections, and address operational issues.<br>• Strengthen identity and access management practices through support of authentication tools, user access controls, and related security measures.<br>• Stay informed on evolving cyber threats, tools, and best practices to continuously improve client security environments.
