This role will provide hands-on support across Windows devices, Microsoft 365, user accounts, hardware, software, printers, networking, and remote connectivity. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting fundamentals, excellent customer service skills, and an interest in growing their career in IT support and systems administration.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide first-level technical support for employees through in-person, email, phone, collaboration tools, and ticketing channels.</li><li>Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, passwords, account lockouts, printers, peripherals, VPN, Wi-Fi, and basic network connectivity issues.</li><li>Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including user account setup, access changes, and workstation preparation.</li><li>Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, software, and other workplace technology.</li><li>Manage support requests through the IT ticketing system, documenting troubleshooting steps and ensuring timely resolution or escalation.</li><li>Support Active Directory and cloud-based identity administration for routine user and access requests.</li><li>Maintain technology inventory, documentation, and internal knowledge resources.</li><li>Assist senior IT staff with software deployments, system testing, documentation, and company-wide technology projects.</li><li>Coordinate with technology vendors and escalate complex technical issues when appropriate.</li><li>Communicate technical solutions clearly and professionally to non-technical users.</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Details</strong></p><ul><li>Fully onsite </li><li>Standard schedule: 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. with a one-hour lunch break</li><li>Occasional overtime may be required during peak business periods and month-end activities</li><li>Limited local travel may occasionally be required</li><li>Opportunity to gain experience across a broad Microsoft-focused IT environment and grow into more advanced technical responsibilities</li></ul>

This Contract position focuses on maintaining organized hardware inventory, preparing equipment for deployment and shipment, and assisting users with technical support needs. The role is ideal for someone who can balance hands-on device management with responsive helpdesk service in a fast-paced environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Conduct regular reviews of onsite technology assets, update inventory records, and document equipment status throughout its lifecycle.<br>• Organize hardware storage areas and manage the tracking of devices marked for reassignment, retirement, recycling, or disposal.<br>• Prepare laptops, desktops, tablets, and related accessories for shipping while following established packaging and logistics standards.<br>• Monitor warranty information for company devices and maintain accurate records to support service and replacement needs.<br>• Assist with the retirement of outdated equipment, including staging e-waste and coordinating proper disposal activities.<br>• Respond to incoming support requests and provide first-level assistance for hardware, peripheral, and connectivity issues.<br>• Test and verify hardware and software readiness for employees and new hires before devices are issued.<br>• Perform basic imaging, setup, and configuration of end-user devices and peripherals according to team direction.<br>• Work closely with broader IT support teams to identify setup problems, resolve routine issues, and escalate more complex technical concerns when needed.
