- <p>Robert Half is seeking a <strong>Staff Accountant</strong> for a <strong>temp-to-hire opportunity</strong> with a growing healthcare SaaS organization. This role will support the accounting team across day-to-day general accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting fundamentals, hands-on <strong>NetSuite</strong> experience, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations</li><li>Prepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations and research variances</li><li>Assist with financial statement preparation and monthly reporting</li><li>Manage general ledger activity and ensure transactions are accurately recorded</li><li>Assist with AP, AR, cash, and other day-to-day accounting functions</li><li>Support revenue and expense accounting, including reviewing transactions for proper classification</li><li>Research and resolve accounting discrepancies</li><li>Assist with audit requests and provide supporting documentation</li><li>Maintain accurate accounting records and reporting within NetSuite</li><li>Support process improvements and special accounting projects as needed</li></ul><p><br></p>
