  • We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee enterprise-wide initiatives related to vendor oversight, sourcing strategy, procurement coordination, and supplier governance in Tustin, California. This Long-term Contract position will guide cross-functional efforts that improve third-party performance, strengthen compliance practices, and support cost-conscious business decisions. The role blends strategic planning with day-to-day execution and works closely with operational, legal, finance, people, compliance, and security stakeholders to ensure external partnerships deliver measurable value.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Lead projects that enhance vendor management, strategic sourcing, procurement operations, and supplier governance across the organization.<br>• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align third-party engagements with business priorities, budget expectations, risk controls, and regulatory obligations.<br>• Manage complex negotiations with vendors and service providers to secure favorable commercial terms and service outcomes.<br>• Establish and maintain governance practices that track supplier performance, accountability, and overall business contribution.<br>• Drive cross-functional project plans from initiation through execution, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and deliverables remain on schedule.<br>• Evaluate vendor relationships to identify opportunities for cost optimization, service improvement, and stronger operational support.<br>• Partner with Legal, Finance, Compliance, Information Security, and operational teams to support effective contract oversight and risk mitigation.<br>• Promote continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen procurement processes, supplier management standards, and enterprise-wide consistency.
