- <p>We are seeking an experienced IT Deployment Technician to support a large-scale PC refresh initiative involving the wipe, imaging, deployment, and migration of approximately 400 Windows computers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT), Windows Autopilot, or similar imaging and deployment technologies, along with strong desktop support and troubleshooting skills. This role will focus on preparing, deploying, and supporting end-user devices while ensuring a smooth transition with minimal business disruption.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Wipe, image, configure, and deploy Windows laptops and desktops.</li><li>Support migration and refresh activities for approximately 400 user devices.</li><li>Utilize Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT), Windows Autopilot, or similar deployment tools to provision endpoints.</li><li>Configure hardware, software, user profiles, and security settings.</li><li>Perform data migration and user setup activities as needed.</li><li>Troubleshoot imaging, deployment, hardware, and software issues.</li><li>Enroll and manage devices in Microsoft Intune when applicable.</li><li>Document deployment activities and maintain accurate asset records.</li><li>Coordinate device swaps, user communications, and deployment schedules.</li><li>Provide post-deployment support to ensure successful user adoption and functionality.</li></ul><p><br></p>
