The role calls for strong organizational ability, practical knowledge of civil litigation, and a proactive approach to keeping documents, deadlines, and case activity on track.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Coordinate day-to-day support for civil litigation matters, ensuring case files, calendars, and related materials remain accurate and up to date.<br>• Prepare, organize, and track discovery materials, including document collection, review support, and production coordination.<br>• Assist attorneys with trial preparation by assembling exhibits, managing witness materials, and maintaining readiness for hearings and court proceedings.<br>• Use case management software and other legal technology tools to monitor deadlines, maintain records, and support efficient workflow execution.<br>• Draft, format, and finalize legal documents, correspondence, and filing materials in accordance with court and matter requirements.<br>• Conduct file review and factual research to help the legal team evaluate issues, organize evidence, and prepare for litigation milestones.<br>• Communicate with internal stakeholders, outside counsel, and vendors as needed to support document handling and case progress.
