This role will report directly to the Controller and play a key part in maintaining the company’s accounting operations, supporting month-end close, and ensuring accuracy across all financial processes.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Support the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial results</li><li>Prepare and post journal entries, account reconciliations, and balance sheet schedules</li><li>Assist with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processing</li><li>Manage cash flow and bank reconciliations across multiple accounts</li><li>Maintain general ledger accuracy and support the preparation of financial statements</li><li>Assist with financial reporting and variance analysis</li><li>Partner cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure proper accounting treatment of transactions</li><li>Support ongoing process improvements and system efficiencies within the finance function</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li><li>3+ of accounting experience, preferably in media, entertainment, or a fast-paced environment</li><li>Solid understanding of US GAAP and general accounting principles</li><li>Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains (MS GP) preferred</li><li>Strong Excel and analytical skills; detail-oriented with a proactive mindset</li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team</li></ul><p><br></p>
