<p>Rapidly growing P/E firm seeks a proactive and strategic Sr. Finance Manager to focus on FP& A (budgets, forecasts, modeling). The Sr. Finance Manager will be responsible for budgeting, financial planning, cash flow management, and providing financial insights to support business decisions. In this role, you will also perform ROI analysis, create and maintain complex financial models, provide leadership where needed, develop KPIs, monitor financial performance, develop and implement cost-reduction strategies and financial control, and provide management with strategic plans for long-term financial benefits for the organization.
