This Division Controller will oversee the company’s accounting operations and financial reporting while ensuring accurate financial records, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective internal controls. In this role, you will be responsible for creating annual budgets, overseeing the month end close process, providing variance analysis, expense forecasting, general ledger maintenance, financial reporting, auditing, ensuring compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements, facilitating training and development opportunities, tax planning, and overseeing the integration of acquisitions into accounting systems. The ideal Division Controller for this role must have knowledge of current industry trends and excellent auditing skills.</p><p> </p><p>Your responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Drive strategic planning while overseeing all accounting operations, policies, and internal controls.</li><li>Ensure timely, accurate financial statements, WIP reporting, and division performance analysis.</li><li>Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting packages, and ongoing financial controls.</li><li>Partner with Project Managers to review costs, analyze variances, resolve issues, and support accurate project close‑outs.</li><li>Oversee cash flow and lead job costing, payroll, AR, and AP teams to ensure timely, compliant billings.</li></ul>

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing operational oversight with hands-on support in a fast-paced setting.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Oversee daily facilities support activities across two active office sites to help sustain safe, functional, and well-prepared workspaces.</p><p>• Conduct routine walkthroughs to identify maintenance concerns, workplace issues, and operational gaps, then escalate items requiring additional attention.</p><p>• Coordinate with external service providers and building contacts to support timely completion of maintenance and workplace-related services.</p><p>• Assist in maintaining office readiness by organizing shared spaces, monitoring site conditions, and addressing employee facilities needs.</p><p>• Respond to internal requests related to the workplace environment and help resolve issues affecting staff comfort and productivity.</p><p>• Enter, monitor, and update service requests and work orders through the Angus system when building support is required.</p><p>• Support relocation efforts by assisting with packing coordination, box movement, furniture handling, and other move-related activities.</p><p>• Perform hands-on physical tasks involving lifting and moving workplace materials to help keep both offices operational during the transition.</p><p>• Provide flexible facilities assistance as needed to support continuity of operations throughout the assignment.</p>
