In this role, you will play a key part in managing vendor invoices and payments while ensuring accuracy and compliance. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Process accounts payable transactions, including accurate data entry of invoices.</p><p>• Verify invoices to ensure proper documentation and compliance with vendor contracts.</p><p>• Monitor vendor contracts and track associated agreements for accuracy.</p><p>• Handle lien release documentation and maintain proper filing procedures.</p><p>• Organize and scan documents for efficient record-keeping and retrieval.</p><p>• Prepare and submit 1099 reporting to meet tax and regulatory standards.</p><p>• Provide general clerical support for accounting tasks as needed.</p><p>• Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and efficiency initiatives.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a permanent position.
