  • <p>We are looking for a Project Manager to support property and facilities initiatives in Denver, Colorado. This Contract position will guide project activities from planning through completion while helping site teams operate more efficiently through strong coordination, communication, and process support. </p><p><br></p><p>The role is well suited for someone who can manage multiple priorities, work effectively with vendors and internal partners, and keep projects moving toward established goals.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>• Lead assigned projects and operational initiatives from kickoff through closeout, ensuring timelines, objectives, and expected outcomes are achieved.</p><p><br></p><p>• Partner with development teams and internal stakeholders to communicate project needs clearly and track progress against deliverables.</p><p><br></p><p>• Manage independent workstreams and provide support on broader initiatives led by senior project team members.</p><p><br></p><p>• Monitor the make-ready process to maintain accurate updates, consistent execution, and quality results across each stage of work.</p><p><br></p><p>• Improve day-to-day operations by applying existing tools and refining processes that reduce administrative effort for on-site teams.</p><p><br></p><p>• Provide remote support to site teams for service-related activities, including turn scheduling, purchase order setup, invoicing coordination, dispatching, and process execution.</p><p><br></p><p>• Maintain regular communication with vendors, business partners, and site teams to confirm scope, schedules, and next steps.</p><p><br></p><p>• Escalate risks, issues, and delays to leadership at the appropriate point in the project lifecycle and contribute to timely resolution.</p><p><br></p><p>• Prepare weekly project status updates and facilitate team meetings that align stakeholders around priorities, progress, and action items.</p>
