  • <p>We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support membership operations and deliver responsive service in Centennial, Colorado. </p><p><br></p><p>This is a Contract position suited for an organized, detail-oriented individual who can balance member support, record maintenance, payment coordination, and reporting with accuracy. </p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, adapts quickly to changing priorities, and brings a detail-oriented approach to administrative and customer-facing tasks.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>• Maintain accurate membership information by updating records, entering data, and ensuring documentation is current across internal systems.</p><p><br></p><p>• Respond to member and partner inquiries through inbound and outbound communication, providing timely assistance and resolving service-related issues effectively.</p><p><br></p><p>• Coordinate payment activities by processing transactions, preparing invoices, and partnering with accounting contacts on receivables follow-up.</p><p><br></p><p>• Review financial records for accuracy by supporting account reconciliation and helping resolve discrepancies tied to member payments.</p><p><br></p><p>• Produce routine and ad hoc reports that summarize membership activity, payment status, and operational trends for internal stakeholders.</p><p><br></p><p>• Handle high-volume administrative work while prioritizing multiple requests, meeting deadlines, and maintaining strong attention to detail.</p><p><br></p><p>• Use Microsoft Office applications and internal database tools to manage information, track requests, and support daily service operations.</p><p><br></p><p>• Contribute to a collaborative team environment by remaining flexible, assisting with shared tasks, and stepping in where additional support is needed.</p>
