We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This position offers the flexibility of working remotely while providing critical support to the organization’s financial operations. You will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, collaborating closely with various departments to drive informed decision-making.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Prepare and manage annual budgets for the security department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.<br>• Develop and update quarterly forecasts to reflect changes in expenses and business needs.<br>• Monitor and approve expenses based on established budgets and forecasts.<br>• Generate monthly financial reports comparing actual results to budgets, forecasts, and prior year performance.<br>• Conduct detailed variance analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights.<br>• Perform spend analysis and track vendor-level expenses to optimize cost efficiency.<br>• Collaborate with leaders in the Security department to align financial planning with operational priorities.<br>• Work closely with peers in Finance and Accounting to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.<br>• Utilize Oracle NetSuite and Oracle Cloud Hyperion Planning for financial data management and planning.<br>• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to raising the standards of financial operations.
