This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in<strong> order processing, supply chain coordination, logistics, SAP, and Excel</strong>, along with the ability to communicate effectively in both <strong>English and Spanish</strong>.</p><p>The right candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing customer orders from entry through shipment while partnering with internal teams across purchasing, finance, and warehouse operations.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Receive, review, and verify customer order details, resolving discrepancies as needed</li><li>Process sales orders in <strong>SAP</strong>, ensuring accurate product configuration, pricing, delivery timelines, and order history</li><li>Send order acknowledgements to customers and provide timely updates on order status</li><li>Manage customer and sales orders from entry through shipment confirmation</li><li>Coordinate with factories and internal teams to align delivery schedules and meet deadlines</li><li>Communicate shipment delays and order issues to customers promptly</li><li>Partner with purchasing to track incoming containers and warehouse arrivals</li><li>Arrange logistics for outbound shipments in accordance with company guidelines</li><li>Create invoices and send documentation to customers</li><li>Work with finance to resolve credit and payment issues</li><li>Handle customer inquiries regarding inventory availability, delivery dates, and product questions via phone and email</li><li>Provide shipping and receiving instructions to warehouse teams</li><li>Maintain complete, accurate order files and supporting documentation</li><li>Assist in resolving claims related to delivered materials</li><li>Manage product returns in accordance with RMA procedures</li><li>Update managerial reports related to invoicing, booked orders, in-house orders, and operational metrics</li><li>Maintain customer and material information in SAP, including pricing and discounts</li><li>Partner with inventory management to maintain appropriate stock levels</li></ul><p><br></p>
