Your expertise will help guide decision-making, streamline processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Design, implement, and manage compensation programs, including base pay, bonuses, sales incentives, and equity plans, to maintain market competitiveness.</p><p>• Analyze labor market data and trends to recommend enhancements to compensation plans and strategies.</p><p>• Provide consultation to stakeholders, including Talent Acquisition and business leaders, to address inquiries, align programs with organizational goals, and develop solutions.</p><p>• Conduct job evaluations to ensure internal equity and appropriate pay grade assignments based on organizational structures.</p><p>• Lead the annual compensation cycle, managing merit increases, bonus programs, and long-term incentives through effective project planning and collaboration.</p><p>• Create communication materials and tools to enhance understanding and engagement with compensation programs across the organization.</p><p>• Develop and refine internal workflows and reporting processes to improve efficiency while ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.</p><p>• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations governing compensation programs, partnering with legal teams to adapt to legislative changes.</p><p>• Support audits by providing timely documentation and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.</p><p>• Manage and contribute to compensation-related projects, offering expertise, preparing analyses, and presenting findings to leadership.</p><p><br></p><p>An ideal candidate will have 5+ years of compensation analysis, including sales compensation analysis. A Bachelors Degree in Business, HR, Finance, or similar is preferred but not required. Candidates must have intermediate MS Excel skills for this position. </p><p><br></p><p>This position is hybrid, 2 days/week onsite, 3 days/week work from home post-training. Starting pay is from $85-108k, depending on qualifications. This position is only open to current residents of MN.
