  • <p>Tyler Houk With Robert Half is looking for an experienced Director of Finance to lead financial operations and strengthen the organization’s fiscal performance. This role will partner closely with executive leadership to guide budgeting, reporting, compliance, and long-range financial planning in a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate brings strong operational finance expertise, sound judgment, and a track record of building efficient processes that support both financial stability and quality patient care.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Lead the daily operations of the finance function, providing direction and oversight to accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and purchasing teams.</p><p>• Shape annual operating and capital budgets by partnering with department leaders, evaluating needs, and aligning plans with organizational goals.</p><p>• Oversee month-end and ongoing accounting activities, including general ledger management, financial analysis, reporting, billing, collections, banking, and cash management.</p><p>• Establish and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls that support compliance with generally accepted accounting standards and protect organizational assets.</p><p>• Prepare cash flow forecasts and monthly financial summaries for executive leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.</p><p>• Coordinate internal and external audit activity, including federal and state compliance reviews, and ensure timely delivery of required financial documentation.</p><p>• Review contracts, funding requirements, and reimbursement-related financial performance to confirm compliance and support effective cost management strategies.</p><p>• Monitor receivables performance and aging trends, ensuring collection practices are followed and working capital is managed effectively.</p><p>• Develop financial metrics and analytical reporting that help refine processes, improve efficiency, and support informed business decisions across the organization.</p><p>• Contribute to long-term financial planning and collaborate with operational leaders on initiatives that promote cost containment and strengthen support for high-quality patient care.</p><p><br></p><p>If you are interested in this role, please reach out to Tyler Houk via LinkedIn</p>
