<p>Project Coordinator </p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support property and facilities initiatives in Denver, Colorado. This Contract position will guide day-to-day project activity, keep stakeholders aligned, and help site teams operate more efficiently through strong coordination and process support. The ideal candidate brings practical project coordination or project management experience, confidence working with vendors and cross-functional partners, and the ability to keep multiple priorities moving toward completion.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>• Lead assigned projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and expected outcomes stay on track.</p><p><br></p><p>• Translate project needs into clear action items for internal teams and follow through to confirm work is completed as planned.</p><p><br></p><p>• Handle independent ownership of smaller efforts while contributing to broader initiatives under the guidance of senior project leaders.</p><p><br></p><p>• Monitor the full make-ready workflow to maintain accurate records, consistent updates, and quality execution across each stage.</p><p><br></p><p>• Improve operational efficiency for site teams by applying existing tools and introducing practical process enhancements that reduce administrative work.</p><p><br></p><p>• Provide remote support to site teams for service-related operations, including turn scheduling, purchase order setup, invoicing coordination, dispatch activity, and process execution.</p><p><br></p><p>• Maintain regular communication with third-party vendors, business partners, and site teams to confirm scope, timing, and project expectations.</p><p><br></p><p>• Identify project risks or obstacles early and escalate concerns to management at the appropriate point in the project lifecycle</p><p>.</p><p>• Prepare recurring status updates and facilitate team meetings that keep participants informed, aligned, and focused on project goals.</p>
<ul><li>Review contract scope of work and partner with executive leadership to support project kickoff and planning</li><li>Interpret program requirements and application criteria, translating details into clear guidance for applicants</li><li>Coordinate and support program rollout, including application timelines, communications, and deliverables</li><li>Plan and manage webinars for applicants and stakeholders, including scheduling, speaker coordination, and content alignment</li><li>Serve as a point of contact for applicant inquiries, providing timely and accurate guidance on eligibility and process</li><li>Conduct research and analysis on program requirements and related initiatives; develop reports, fact sheets, and supporting materials</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to create and distribute outreach materials, including brochures and applicant communications</li><li>Maintain ongoing communication with key partners, including CMS and state agencies</li><li>Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure alignment with contract requirements</li></ul>
