This role is approximately 1 month in length. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Accurately match and batch invoices for payment processing.</p><p>• Address and resolve any accounts payable discrepancies or issues.</p><p>• Process employee expense reports in accordance with company policies.</p><p>• Update and reconcile sub-ledgers to the general ledger to ensure financial accuracy.</p><p>• Prepare and distribute checks promptly and efficiently.</p><p>• Collaborate with the accounting manager to streamline accounts payable processes.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.</p><p>• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions.</p><p>• Provide support for month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.</p><p>• Assist in auditing and reporting tasks as needed.</p>
