The Paralegal will be instrumental in supporting our immigration practice, focusing on the careful preparation, filing, and tracking of various immigration applications and petitions.</p><p><br></p><p>• Accurately prepare immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions, including H1Bs, L1s, E2s, TNs, PERMs, I141, and I45, among others.</p><p>• Manage labor certification cases and adjust status applications, catering to a diverse range of clients across various industries.</p><p>• Conduct detailed analysis of complex case facts and documents, and create comprehensive reports and other necessary immigration documents.</p><p>• Ensure meticulous maintenance and management of case files, including case tracking, deadline determination, and status inquiry response.</p><p>• Engage in extensive communication with clients, beneficiaries, attorneys, and government agencies, ensuring clear and concise information flow.</p><p>• Draft critical immigration correspondence, such as support letters and other key documents, for attorney review.</p><p>• Assist attorneys in the provision of training and mentorship to support staff, as well as in the development of workflows and procedures for case preparation and monitoring.</p><p>• Undertake any other responsibilities as needed to deliver exceptional client service and achieve desired outcomes.</p>Environmental Attorney Lawyer<p>Environmental Attorney / Lawyer needed in Atlanta, GA for a permanent full-time position.
