  • <p><strong>Overview</strong></p><p>Our client is seeking a Senior Sitecore Developer to support a large-scale digital transformation initiative tied to a merger between two organizations. This role will focus on enhancing, maintaining, and expanding client&#39;s enterprise Sitecore CMS environment while leading content migration and rebranding efforts from merging organization&#39;s existing web platform into the client&#39;s Sitecore ecosystem.</p><p>The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with Sitecore CMS in enterprise environments, strong front-end development skills, and the ability to work closely with UX/design teams to deliver modern, customer-facing digital experiences. This is a highly visible project with aggressive timelines and requires someone who can contribute immediately with minimal oversight.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain enterprise websites using Sitecore CMS (Managed Cloud 10.3).</li><li>Support the migration of merging organization&#39;s Umbraco content into the client&#39;s Sitecore platform.</li><li>Partner with Marketing Technology (MarTech), UX/UI, and business stakeholders to implement new website features and enhancements.</li><li>Translate Figma designs into responsive, user-friendly web experiences.</li><li>Develop, configure, and customize Sitecore components, templates, layouts, and content structures.</li><li>Collaborate with content authors and marketing teams to improve website usability and content management processes.</li><li>Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical solution discussions.</li><li>Ensure websites meet performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and branding standards.</li><li>Assist with enterprise rebranding initiatives as organizations merge into a unified digital presence.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve CMS-related defects and production issues.</li><li>Provide technical guidance and best practices around Sitecore development and front-end standards.</li></ul><p><strong>*Please note: </strong>This position is hybrid with 2-3 days/week in the office in Atlanta.
