We are seeking a Tax Manager to join our client's team in the Lawrenceville, New Jersey area. The Tax Manager will be responsible for preparing tax provisions, maintaining and developing our financial systems, and ensuring compliance with national and international tax laws. Responsibilities: • Prepare and handle tax provisions from scratch• Use accounting software systems to maintain accurate financial records• Provide expertise in national/multi-state tax regulations• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with tax laws• Utilize Accounting Functions, CCH ProSystem Fx, and CCH Sales Tax for financial management• Develop and manage the Annual Income Tax Provision• Assist in Entity Formation for various business ventures• Ensure compliance with IFRS and other international tax laws• Use ADP - Financial Services and CaseWare for financial services and auditing• Work with the team to improve and maintain financial systems.
