<p>The Service Team is looking to add new members with a strong Customer Service mentality! 2nd shift Service Coordinators are needed to help customers navigate. These coordinators remain highly professional, courteous, and knowledgeable whilst working with customers and vendors alike.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>• Provide excellent customer service while speaking with customers and vendors, in accordance with training</p><p>• Resolve on-demand customer requests and provide customers with product and service information</p><p>• Communicate clear expectations of costs and estimated time of arrival</p><p>• Follow up with customers in a timely manner to keep them informed</p><p>• Create service estimates, complete billing process and collect payments</p><p>• Use sales skills to overcome customer objections and persuade prospects to proceed with service rather than shopping competitors</p><p>• Provide sales information to interested prospects and forward contact information to an Inside Sales team member when necessary</p><p>• Identify and escalate priority issues and route calls to appropriate resource</p><p>• Achieve monthly targets for close percentage, gross profit per job and other targets</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><p>• Two-year Associated Degree preferred, minimum High School diploma</p><p>• Experience in (inbound and outbound) sales and customer service preferred</p><p>• Logistics coordinators, freight brokers, dispatching experience is a plus</p><p>• Able to provide exceptional customer service and amicably resolve disputes with customers and vendors</p><p>• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple requests</p><p>• Multi-tasking and Attention to detail are required</p><p>• This position requires sitting at a work station carrying out a variety of both manual and computerized data entry and processing tasks</p><p>• Experience effectively using computers and learning new computer programs</p><p>• One weekend shift per week required</p><p>• Flexibility with schedule to assist with a 24/7 365 environment (Will be required to work some holidays)</p><p><br></p><p>Please note that this Job Description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. POSITION OVERVIEW: <br>The Warehouse Supervisor is primarily responsible for assisting the Warehouse Managers with the day-to-day activities within the warehouse, team performance, and floor supervision. This is a working supervisor position. <br> <br>ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: <br>• Assist the Warehouse Managers in monitoring day-to-day activities, performance, safety, and quality. <br>• Assist with order picking, receiving, and other assignments <br>• Responsible for immediately reporting any personnel injuries that occur in the warehouse to the Warehouse Managers. <br>• Provides hands-on training to employees, temps, and new hires. <br>• Supervise the functions and working of the warehouse workers by organizing the personnel needed for each product line. <br>• Monitor equipment usage and maintenance. <br>• Read work orders, shipping orders and/or follow verbal instructions to ensure materials or containers to be moved. <br>• Responsible for performing the physical tasks involved in shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing of materials, parts and supplies. <br>• Maintain records of received goods, rejecting unsatisfactory items where necessary. <br>• Prepare and maintain records of merchandise shipped. <br>• Responsible for quality checks on product in aisles and staging lanes. <br>• Responsible for cleanliness in assigned areas of the facility. <br>• Perform other general warehouse support as needed

This is a contract position that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle emergency situations professionally.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Greet and assist all individuals entering the facility, including residents, clients, staff, and visitors.</p><p>• Guide visitors to the correct location and notify relevant staff of their arrival.</p><p>• Oversee the entry and exit of visitors to maintain security and report any concerns to the appropriate personnel.</p><p>• Monitor and manage the electronic security system to ensure the safety of the premises.</p><p>• Respond promptly and professionally to emergency situations, including coordinating with fire and police departments.</p><p>• Perform clerical tasks, such as handling inquiries and maintaining records, as assigned.</p><p>• Address residency-related questions in accordance with established procedure.</p>
