Responsibilities:• Lead the architecture, configuration, and ongoing support of Manhattan WMS solutions across core warehouse functions.• Translate operational needs into business, functional, and technical documentation that supports development and delivery efforts.• Work closely with warehouse stakeholders to define system changes that align application capabilities with day-to-day business processes.• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations between WMS, transportation platforms, enterprise applications, and related downstream systems.• Create and enhance reports, queries, and data outputs to address reporting needs and support business decision-making.• Investigate production issues, coordinate resolution activities across teams, and participate in rotating on-call support for continuous operations.• Support application upgrades, implementations, and testing activities, including validation planning and execution.• Collaborate with project managers, developers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to prioritize work, define schedules, and deliver solutions.• Mentor entry-level team members, share system knowledge, and provide training on new features, enhancements, and software updates.• Review development practices and recommend improvements that strengthen software quality, efficiency, and long-term supportability.

This role focuses on translating early design inputs into complete board layouts and production documentation while partnering closely with electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing teams. The ideal candidate brings strong technical judgment, precision in layout execution, and the ability to balance performance, quality, and cost throughout the design process. Responsibilities: • Create PCB layouts for new electronic products and accessory boards using schematics, bill of materials, and functional design inputs. • Develop high-speed, multilayer board designs for analog, digital, RF, and mixed-signal applications with careful attention to placement and routing strategy. • Produce fabrication deliverables, including Gerber packages, assembly drawings, and related manufacturing documentation needed for board build and test. • Build and maintain accurate component footprints and library records based on manufacturer documentation and internal design standards. • Coordinate with electrical and mechanical engineering teams to improve thermal behavior, electrical integrity, and enclosure fit. • Apply relevant industry and safety standards to board layouts to support compliance, quality, and manufacturability requirements. • Partner with suppliers and internal manufacturing stakeholders to refine material selections and reduce production costs where possible. • Support signal routing activities for both critical and non-critical nets, using manual and automated methods as appropriate. • Assist with board bring-up and troubleshooting efforts to identify layout-related issues and contribute to design corrections.
