This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to financial operations and work with a collaborative team.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage month-end close processes, ensuring all deadlines are met and financial reporting is accurate.</p><p>• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure compliance with accounting principles.</p><p>• Prepare and post journal entries to document financial transactions and adjustments.</p><p>• Conduct regular account and bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial data.</p><p>• Utilize Yardi software to manage accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.</p><p>• Perform variance analysis to identify discrepancies and provide insights into financial performance.</p><p>• Collaborate with the accounts payable and receivable teams to streamline processes and resolve issues.</p><p>• Assist in preparing financial reports and documentation for internal stakeholders and audits.</p><p>• Support the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards while maintaining high levels of accuracy.</p><p><br></p><p>The position requires a degree in finance, accounting or related field, MBA or CPA is a plus.
