<p>Robert Half is recruiting an experienced Corporate Associate for a highly regarded transactional boutique law firm in downtown San Francisco (flexible telecommute) that services emerging technology and start-up clientele. The Associate is responsible for actively managing their start-up clients’ corporate matters (significant direct client interface), assisting with corporate formation & maintenance, doing due diligence and closings for venture capital and private equity financings, and equity administration (including providing guidance in updating capitalization tables). </p><p><br></p><p>The firm is looking for a start-up lawyer with 4+ years of experience doing the aforementioned work on behalf of venture-backed private companies, preferably at a large- or mid-sized SF or Silicon Valley law firm. The Associate needs to be motivated by direct client service (this is a client-facing role), responsiveness, and relationship building. </p><p><br></p><p>The reason this opportunity stands out from the rest is that this very friendly, congenial law firm is all about WORK-LIFE BALANCE.
