- We are looking for an experienced SAP ERP Manager to lead enterprise application strategy and delivery for a manufacturing environment in Brooklyn, New York. This Contract position calls for a hands-on leader who can align SAP capabilities with operational, supply chain, and financial business needs while guiding cross-functional teams across complex initiatives. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in SAP-driven process improvement, strong stakeholder leadership, and a practical understanding of how ERP platforms support discrete manufacturing performance.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Lead the planning, execution, and ongoing oversight of SAP ERP initiatives that support manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse, sales, quality, and finance operations.<br>• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate operational goals into scalable SAP solutions and process enhancements.<br>• Direct cross-functional and global project teams, ensuring timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables are managed effectively across multiple workstreams.<br>• Oversee the configuration, optimization, and integration of key SAP modules, including PP, MM, SD, WM, QM, and FI/CO.<br>• Drive continuous improvement by identifying system, process, and reporting opportunities that increase efficiency, visibility, and business value.<br>• Provide leadership to ERP team members and vendors, setting priorities, supporting execution, and promoting high standards of performance.<br>• Establish governance practices for project delivery using structured methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, depending on business needs.<br>• Support strategic ERP roadmap planning, including evaluation of future-state capabilities such as S/4HANA adoption where appropriate.
