We are seeking a senior level candidate with a minimum of seven years of corporate transactional paralegal experience from within a law firm or corporate M&A/private equity setting.</p><p>There will be a variety of responsibilities that this individual will work on, including gathering, organizing, summarizing, and indexing documents from various sources, preparing documents and correspondence, and working on special projects and additional duties as assigned.</p><p>We prefer candidates who have worked in this field for a minimum of 7 years and have a bachelor’s degree, although a paralegal certificate could be considered.
