Job Description Financial Management & Reporting<ul><li>Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.</li><li>Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).</li><li>Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies.</li><li>Lead support work for annual financial statement audit and support needs for tax advisors.</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory valuation and cost accounting records.
