This role focuses on monitoring network health, responding to alerts, troubleshooting outages, and ensuring stable and secure connectivity across distributed networks.</p><p>The ideal candidate has experience working in a managed services or multi-client environment, supporting network infrastructure through monitoring platforms and escalation workflows.
