The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) serves as the senior financial executive for the organization, providing strategic fiscal leadership and financial guidance to the Board of Commissioners, Chief Operating Officer, and departments. This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity, transparency, and long-term sustainability of financial operations while maintaining full compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and local regulations. The CFO operates in an executive-level capacity with broad responsibility for financial strategy, annual budgeting, long-range financial planning, capital improvement programming, policy development, and advisory support.
