We are looking for a skilled QA Analyst to join our team in Southern California, as part of a long-term contract position. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality and performance of digital sales platforms by leveraging both manual and automated testing methods. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to delivering a seamless digital purchasing experience for customers while supporting and enhancing testing frameworks and methodologies. Responsibilities:• Evaluate the functionality and integrations of the digital retailing platform to ensure optimal performance.• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, cases, and automated scripts based on business requirements.• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to ensure alignment with quality standards.• Lead and support testing team members in creating and executing test cases and procedures.• Present and socialize testing approaches, metrics, and results to relevant teams and stakeholders.• Promote the adoption of industry-standard testing practices and continuous improvement within the testing framework.• Prepare and manage test data while ensuring the readiness of test environments for execution.• Consolidate and communicate QA deliverables, including defect reports, test results, and coverage metrics.• Participate in agile activities such as backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to refine testing processes.• Work closely with performance and automation teams to identify scenarios and enhance testing capabilities.

• Proven experience in quality assurance, including manual and automated testing methodologies. • Familiarity with digital platforms and integrations, particularly within the automotive industry. • Proficiency in creating test strategies, plans, and metrics to support business objectives. • Strong knowledge of industry-standard testing practices, tools, and frameworks. • Experience with SQL, Oracle, and cloud technologies for testing and integration purposes. • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Excellent documentation and reporting skills to communicate test results and metrics. • Understanding of agile methodologies and ability to participate in agile processes such as sprints and retrospectives.
