NOC Technician
<p>We are looking for an experienced NOC Technician to join our team in Secaucus, New Jersey. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in maintaining and optimizing network operations while ensuring seamless connectivity and support for critical systems. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the smooth functioning of wireless and cable networks.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Monitor network systems and ensure continuous performance and stability.</p><p>• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Norton Utilities on Windows platforms.</p><p>• Manage Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) configurations and operations.</p><p>• Support and optimize Wireless Personal Area Networks (WPAN) for enhanced connectivity.</p><p>• Oversee the installation and maintenance of cable assemblies to ensure robust network infrastructure.</p><p>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address network-related challenges and implement solutions.</p><p>• Conduct routine system checks and generate detailed reports on network health and performance.</p><p>• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency.</p><p>• Provide technical assistance and guidance to team members and stakeholders as needed.</p>
• Proven experience in network operations or as a NOC Technician.<br>• Proficiency in using Norton Utilities on Windows systems.<br>• Strong understanding of Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) and its applications.<br>• Familiarity with Wireless Personal Area Networks (WPAN) and related technologies.<br>• Expertise in handling and maintaining cable assemblies.<br>• Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.<br>• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.<br>• Commitment to staying current with advancements in networking technologies.
