We are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Seattle, Washington. This role involves overseeing payroll operations for a workforce across multiple states, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Responsibilities:• Manage payroll processing for approximately 350 employees• Oversee multiple payroll cycles with varying pay frequencies and employee classifications• Ensure compliance with multi-state payroll regulations and maintain accurate records• Utilize ADP Workforce Now software to execute payroll processes efficiently• Handle bi-monthly payroll tasks and address any discrepancies or concerns• Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance

• Proven experience in full-cycle payroll management• Expertise in managing multi-state payroll operations• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now software is mandatory
